Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and the South Korean group SK HoldCo Pte. ltd. entered into a shareholding transfer agreement, through the acquisition of its shares in Eurasia.
The latter operates the tunnel under the sea of the bosphorus and connecting the continents of Europe and Asia, in Istanbul. Thus, Qatar has become a shareholder of a strategic company in Turkey.
