The list of the documents to provide for the constitution of a company (SARL) in Ivory Coast are as below:
1. With regard to Associates
1.1. Physical persons
- One (01) photocopy (in color) of the valid identity document (CNI or passport);
- The attached Physical Person information form, to return duly completed.
1.2. Moral people
- One (01) photocopy of the statutes;
- One (01) photocopy of the Company's Registration Document in the Trade and Furniture Credit Register;
- One (01) photocopy (in color) of the valid ID (CNI or passport) of the Legal Representative;
- One (01) photocopy of the powers empowering the Company's Legal Representative to act in the name and on behalf of the Company's Legal Representative
(PV Ordinary General Assembly, Board of Directors meeting, etc ...)
2. With regard to the Manager
- One (01) photocopy (in color) of his valid identity document (National Identity Card or Passport);
- The enclosed personal information form, to return duly completed;
- One (01) original copy of his criminal record (less than 3 months old).
3. With regard to the company to be incorporated
- The enclosed Company Information sheet, to return to me duly completed;
- The funds corresponding to the paid-up share capital are in cash or by check and transfer, or the Certificate of Deposit of funds established by a Banking Institution in the name of the company being constituted. In the context of an LLC, the share capital can be released in half to the subscription.
- One (01) original copy of the lease contract for the premises to house the head office of the company, or if applicable, one (01) original copy of the Domiciliation contract of the registered office;
- The location map of the head office.
