Mustafa Gökpınar has started his career as a lawyer in 2012 following a high level disciplined legal education. He focuses on various areas of law mainly including commercial law, business law and criminal law. He has participated in wide range of conferences, seminars and training programs as well as special programs. He is well experienced in commercial disputes and extensive corporate governance.
He has actively participated in merger and acquisition transactions and represents his clients in commercial disputes. He is responsible for advising national and multinational clients.
He has involved many legal transaction where he applied the method of forming the legal framework of the case and resolving it over the legal framework.
