EXPERIENCE

Ahmet Can Seber has an extensive legal experience advising high level clientele, both public and private, from a range of industries.

He focuses on contracts law, M&A, banking and finance, capital markets, cross-border transactions and litigation. He is also responsible for advising a wide range of multinational companies on a daily basis mainly on company, commercial, tax and employment law matters as well as following up their privileged litigation proceedings.

Ahmet Can Seber combines his extensive practical experience with a considerable academic background gained in Cambridge, UK where he got the LLM degree with the achievement of a distinction award. His dissertation entitled “Leveraged Buyouts and Prohibition of Financial Assistance: A Comparative Study of the UK and Turkey” enabled him to compare and contrast the Turkish and the UK legal systems as well as German legal literature and the relevant EU Directives.

Ahmet Can has been working for Asik&Partners since 2010 and become a partner in 2016.
